Our Beers / Core Range

Our core range beers can be enjoyed all year round in cask and bottle, including favourites like Tyneside Blonde, Farne Island and our brand new Northern Pale.

Tyneside Blonde

ABV 3.9%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

A pale coloured thirst-quencher, using maris otter malt, wheat malt and an abundance of bittering and aromatic hops.

Farne Island

ABV 4.0%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

An amber coloured bitter, perfectly blended malt and hops makes this well-rounded beer balanced and refreshing.

Ouseburn Porter

ABV 5.2%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

This traditional robust and satisfying porter uses the best quality ingredients including rolled oats to produce a smooth, rich and dark creamy drink.

Tyneside Brown

ABV 4.7%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

This brown ale is brewed on Tyneside. It is a full bodied, nutty, dark amber beer balanced with traditional English bittering and aroma hops.

Secret Kingdom

ABV 4.3%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

Dark, rich and full-bodied slightly roasted with a malty palate ending with a pleasant bitterness.

Northern Pale

ABV 4.1%

Cask Only

A crisp, light pale using Amarillo hops to deliver mellow citrus and grapefruit tones in aroma and on the palate, with a pleasant lingering bitterness on the way down.

Grainger Ale

ABV 4.6% / Gluten-Free

Cask / 500ml & 330ml Bottle

Brewed using a single malt, and hopped with a selection of three varieties

giving a well-balanced finish. Very pale in appearance because of the Pale Ale Malt used.

Northumbrian Gold

ABV 4.5%

Cask / 500ml Bottle

Light golden coloured ale with a biscuit malt flavour countered with floral and aromatic hops.​

Northern IPA

ABV 5.2%

Cask Only

A bold and hoppy Indian Pale Ale with citrus and tropical fruit flavours from a blend of US hops.
