AWARD WINNER
Andy Burrows and Martin Hammill of Hadrian Border Brewery celbrate the Grainger Ale win at the CAMRA Northumberland and Tyneside bi-annual Battle of the Beers 18th April 2012. The beer was blind tasted at the 36th Beer and Cider Festival beating off 9 other beers.
GRAINGER ALE 4.6% Abv, went down very well with the judges, and the public when the doors opened.
This beer is now a regular, slotting into our portfolio very nicely. The first batch is away for bottling, and it will feature as a house beer in the brand new, soon to open Hotel Indigo, in the city centre.
