What happens when you let the apprentice take the reigns on a brew? Well, something rather good actually!
Our latest special was all Connor's own work, from the recipe to the brewing itself. He set out to create a fruity and light pale ale blending Maris Otter malt with three US hops: Citra, Centennial & Mosaic. The beer delivers a predominantly grapefruit note followed by peach.
We think Connor has done a great job on this one and look forward to seeing what else he can produce in the future!
